- What are the Hours of Operation?
Morning Kids Club: 7:00 am – 7:50 am
Afternoon Kids Club: 3:10 pm – 6:00 pm
- What do I need to know about Registration?
Families must register for Kids Club prior to using the services. There is a $30 registration fee (per family) due at the time of enrollment. Kids Club is not available on a drop-in basis. It may happen that a family needs services only on certain days of the week or at certain times each day – mornings and/or afternoons. In registering for the program, you will note the specific care time needed. Staffing decisions can then be planned around overall needs.
- What kind of Activities will my child participate in?
Children are involved in structured and relaxed activities after school. As a rule of thumb, the children involved in the program from 3:10 pm until 6:00 pm have the opportunity for snack as well as play time. Students in grades 2-8 have the opportunity for study/homework time also.
- Do I need to provide Snacks?
Breakfast and/or snacks are to be provided by the family for their child. The food should be nutritious and an appropriate beverage (drink box, etc.) may be included. Please label all snacks with your child’s first and last name as well as current date.
- What is the Billing process?
The Kids Club Program is billed on a monthly basis in order to reduce the bookkeeping expenses for the program. All billing will be done using the FACTS tuition program. Payments will be made through FACTS the same way your tuition is paid.
