Ms. Emily Veneri

Ms. Veneri started at Guardian Angels in the 2016/17 school year.  This year she is teaching 8th grade ELA as well as social studies to all of our 6th through 8th grade students.  As the social studies teacher, it is her job to turn her students into living, breathing historians! Ms. Veneri graduated from Wayne State University in May of 2015 with a major in social studies. Over her years in college, Ms. Veneri can truly say that she has found her passion in the education field. Her interest in history stems from reading many historical fiction and non-fiction novels, and participating in Civil War reenacting. She considers Greenfield Village as her second home, and eventually aspires to restore and preserve a historical home. Ms. Veneri feels very blessed to be a part of the staff at Guardian Angels. She can't wait to make this year a great one!
